Wooden and modular exhibition stand applications are among the most preferred options. For the exhibition stand to be an essential part of an efficient exhibition process, attention should be paid to all application details. Modular stand designs and unique stands can be preferred in stand applications. Modular exhibition stands stand out with their easy assembly and disassembly and installation in a short time. Another aspect of modular stands is that they offer a cost advantage.
On the other hand, unique stands are exhibition stands containing details specific to the company’s identity and can be built with wood and other materials. The techniques used in an exhibition stand application may vary according to the brand, sector, and exhibition. For this reason, it is necessary to communicate closely with the brands during the application process, as in the design process.
Assembly and disassembly are among the most critical stages of the exhibition stand application. After the correct storage and transportation of the exhibition stand items, the installation process should be handled professionally. In line with the technical infrastructure of the fairground, assembly is a stage that needs to be managed correctly. For a successful installation, it is essential to correctly manage the preliminary preparation process, make the necessary applications within the promised time, and use suitable materials. Quality workmanship is another factor in ensuring that the imagined design comes out as desired. During the exhibition process, all steps should be taken by the schedule. For this reason, the process should be managed with discipline in the exhibition stand application service and delivered at the agreed time.
We work with our professional team to assemble the stand correctly with the preferred materials. In addition to the infrastructure of the fairgrounds, we manage the process smoothly with our experienced field team to the specifications of exhibitions.
What are the types of exhibition stands?
Special Exhibition Stand
Custom Design stands are specially designed and produced for companies using various materials such as wood, iron, and drywall. The most significant advantage of Custom Design Stands is that they are unique and can be designed according to the customer’s corporate identity.
Wooden Exhibition Stand
In this type of stand with unlimited flexibility in design, company requests can be easily transferred to the plan. Wooden stands make a difference compared to other companies in the exhibition area; they can show your brand in the best way and emphasize your qualifications. During the production of the stand, wooden plates are processed precisely by CNC and sizing cutting. Your exhibition stand is prepared for the exhibition with great care by our experienced wood craftsmen who have received specialized training.
Maxima Exhibition Stand
In the Maxima stand type, the general construction of the stand is made of aluminum profiles and covered with wooden material. This type of stand, which is more affordable than the wooden stand, can have stylish and creative design alternatives if you want to participate in the exhibition. They have a more elegant appearance than the modular system.
Modular Exhibition Stand
If you have allocated low budgets for the exhibition, this type of stand is for you. In this system, which is prepared with a similar logic to maxima, aluminum materials are combined with aluminum materials, and a chipboard is passed between them. Although it has limited alternatives in design, it is preferred by many companies because it is economical. It attracts attention thanks to the visuals covered on it.
Stand Application Types
These are two stand systems: wooden (special) and modular. The assembly and disassembly of wooden stands are more complex than the assembly and disassembly of modular systems.
Lacquer Painted Stand
The designed stand is manufactured from raw MDF or chipboard. The stand production process is as follows. All wooden parts of the stand are first cut and combined. Then the plain MDF or chipboard is covered with putty and sanded; this process must be precise and flawless. After this process, the products are taken cleanly to the paint shop, painted with an airbrush spray system, and left to dry. Lacquer paint has a complex and shiny structure like auto paint. It is the most expensive and flashy among the wooden stand models. This type of stand is in the stand-for-sale class.
Painted Stand
It is more commonly known as a drywall stand. However, the actual shape of the stand is revealed by using raw MDF, raw chipboard, and drywall as the sub-material. Then the stand is plastered with plaster and painted in the preferred color after fine sanding. It is a highly preferred particular stand types, such as chipboard or MDF lam stand. This type of stand is in the stand-for-sale class.
Curtain Stand
It is the richest material diversity among the exhibition stand types. They are also known as decor stands. Construction stands are made of wood, iron, and aluminum. The stand decoration process is completed by covering these constructions with materials such as aluminum, Plexi, hair, and panel, or advertising materials such as mesh, vinyl, and fabric.
Floor preference in exhibition stand applications
Floor application
A floor application is made on the stand for all companies participating in exhibitions, regardless of their budget, from small to large. This floor type is determined by the weight type of the product exhibited by the company and the budget of the company.
Carpet
It is the type of floor used by companies with bulky products, exhibit heavy machinery, and equipment, have an average stand area of over 100m2 in the fairground, and have a limited budget.
Parquet
It is a more elegant and flashy floor material than carpet. It should never be laid on the floor alone on fairgrounds; parquet should be applied after being fed with styrofoam or 18mm fiberboard. Otherwise, play, breakage, and stretching on the floor may cause discomfort to the company during the exhibition.
Podium
In stand works, 8cm high and 1m long aluminum profiles are usually combined on the ground to create an elevation. A podium is created by laying 18mm thick MDF lam in 100×100 dimensions. Preferably, the podium height can be increased up to 50cm by using 40-50cm high uprights under 8cm tall profiles. Such podiums are preferred in exhibitions because electrical cables, water, and air ducts can be easily laid and intervened under them.
Floor graphics
Digital printing can be applied to the floors. The image requested by the company is printed on foil by digital printing, and floor lamination is used on the print. It is glued inside the stand. This material is a highly preferred product in terms of visuality and advertising.
